Project Management and AGILE Leadership Certificate Overview
The Georgia Tech Project Management Certificate and AGILE Leadership Certificate are designed to help those interested in starting a career in project management, as well as those already working in the field who want to qualify for the next tier of opportunities.
The curriculum for both certificates is developed and taught by PMPs and ACPs in the field, providing a strong foundation in the fundamentals of project management and AGILE methodologies, respectively. These concepts are further illustrated through real-world examples shared through in-class discussions and small group exercises.
AGILE Leadership
Agile is a useful element in any project manager’s tool kit, providing a more nimble, iterative approach to tackling complex problems across a variety of industries. This four-course program covers the principal AGILE methodologies that enable learners to develop change-driven project management life cycles and become successful servant leaders. This certificate program also fulfills the Agile education hours required to qualify for the Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®) exam and provides the required PDUs for maintaining this designation.
Project Management
Our distinctive modular format allows participants to master the twelve principles and eight performance domains from the Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK) through discussions, in-class activities, and graded assessments. This certificate program fulfills the education requirement to qualify for the Project Management Professional (PMP®) Certification Exam and can be used to earn PDUs needed to maintain certification.
